Rates Per Week
Occupancy limited to FIVE guests
Rentals are booked from Saturday to Saturday only
Deposit ($500) plus $300 security deposit due at booking
Remainder of total due two months prior to trip
Security deposit refunded 21 days after trip barring damage
Payment accepted: Zelle, Venmo, Paypal, personal or bank check
Refunds due to cancellation: deposit returned if greater than three months from trip, if less than three months deposit returned if unit is re-rented. If total has already been paid, refund will be made if unit is re-rented.
